1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All of our products are digital downloads delivered electronically.
Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or files are delivered.

2. Exceptions to Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

The file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical issue
You purchased a duplicate product by mistake

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

3. No Refunds For:

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently ban you from future purchases and report the misuse to our payment processor.
